Whether you're in a rush to get to work or a busy parent needing to quickly put something together this quick and easy 2-minute meal will hit your macros. Most importantly it will be loaded with protein and is only 257 Calories!


- 1/2 c Quick Oats

- 1/2 c Egg Whites

Optional Ingredients

- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

- 2 Medium Strawberries

- Anything you want


  1. In a microwave safe bowl combine the egg whites and oats, stirring together until everything is coated with the egg whites.
  2. Starting your microwave at 2 minutes, go in 30-second intervals until egg whites are cooked. Depending on your elevation it might cook faster or slower. Keep an eye on it and don't let it overcook because then you're stuck with a stiff, rubbery meal that will end up in the trash.

Once it's cooked this is when I will add the brown sugar. You can either eat it how it comes out or break it up as I have done below.

  1. The best part... toppings. I like adding any fruit I have on hand that day. You can add whatever your heart desires. This recipe makes it super easy to play around with since it is so basic. Hope you love it as much as I do <3 Let me know what you think
