Lift Smart Not Heavy

I used to feel dumb going to the gym because I couldn’t lift “heavy” and I felt like I didn’t fit in but along the way I learned having the correct tempos and form is much more promising than just lifting as much as you can. 

Lift smarter not harder

There’s no point in lifting the massive weight when you can’t control the movements properly. By doing so, could possibly result in an injury that will put you out of the gym for days, weeks or even months. Lower your weight & slow things down.
